It is a known fact that people do not get enough exercise. It’s also a fact that 80% of weight loss come from diet/food, and only 20% exercise.
Being now in my 30’s, diet could not be more important. Our metabolism slows as we age, and from what I understand, it begins at age 30. CRAP!
I have decided to blog about my journey to become more fit; the diet, the exercise, the motivation or lack there of, and all the obstacles in between.
My goal will be to input about my week on a weekly basis! So stay tuned, feel free to encourage, and add any tips and tricks along the way!
