Two times a week dedicated to strengthening my arms (which I use every day, and are getting wore out from overuse and strenuous lifting) will improve my fitness level and hopefully make my daily activities easier.
Honestly, I chose this routine, because it is simple, does not require a ton of effort, besides motivation to actually do it! This is why I started this blog; to hold myself accountable.
So please, join me in this challenge to improve our function, increase our strength, and train our brain to “just do it!”
