Wake up; get kids up; dress; eat; brush teeth; may put a load of dishes away; and get out of the house on time. This is just the morning schedule. Then there is work all day, pick up kids or reunite with them after work and school, make dinner, do any other chores (laundry, sweep, bath-time, homework, and the list goes on).
I have decided, it is time. No more excuses! Weight loss is 80% diet and 20% exercise… And I have no problem finding the time to eat!
